The Sauerman family's recent visit was magic for me and Penny. Ean, shareholder Ina, and their son, Wiehan, arrived from Swaziland with their winter working clothes, but the sun shone brightly.
In a few short days, grass had been cut, trees had been lopped, hedges trimmed, and firewood prepared and stored. Their effort was tireless.
Most evening we sat around an enormous bonfire of the trimmings, enjoying the local wine, and putting the world to rights. This has stimulated the idea of constructing a boma and fire pit, orientated towards the setting sun.
We had such fun. Thank you for all your hard work, and for putting up the new signs.
